Henry's foot braces

So, I guess the sooner Henry realizes that Tallulah is the boss the better, but this was an early lesson! Even though she was smaller, she took up most of the room and poor little peaceful Henry just obliged! As a result, his little feet were smooshed! At birth, his feet were turned in and the dr said it looked like club feet, but knew that it wasn't because they can be turned back. We saw Physical Therapy at CHOP and they put him in these little braces. We were just fitted with them this morning. He's starting out wearing them for only an hour at a time and we're working up to more hours a day. They think this is all he will need. It's just that his muscles were overstretched and we're trying to reposition them back in place.

He was such a good boy while they fitted him. He cried while they monkeyed with him, but calmed right away once they stopped. He truly embodies his namesake!

On a side note, none of us is getting any sleep around here. Both babies have stuffy noses and are having a tough time of it at night. Joe and I each hold a baby all night so they can breathe a little better. And last night, for extra fun, Finny had an hour long freak out complete with running up and down the hallway naked, peeing out of the toilet all over himself, me and the floor!
